iStorage Self Storage

Just want we have been looking for. A place that offers storage for both trailers & and drive up storage. Just when I thought customer service was gone I met Michael. He was very very helpful and intended to our needs and made sure everything worked out for us. I think we're going to be here for quite a while. Thank you Michael for all your help

Convenient self-storage center right off of I-295 behind Whole Foods. Very clean & nice units. Michael was very welcoming & answered all of my questions when looking for the right unit. I highly recommend using this IStorage facility.

The service was great, simple & quick. The prices are great and affordable with easy access, clean storage units. I'd highly recommend using this location.

Wonderful experience, all around. Especially for renting something as simple as a storage unit. Mike Hamilton was super helpful and beyond accommodating. His personality was one of the main reasons we choose to keep our belongings there- and the unbeatable prices- and how safe we felt- and the cleanliness! Zero sales pressure from him, glad to show us different options, then back to options we had already seen, then wrote down all of the options so we could think about it overnight... ((LOL!!)) *We can be very indecisive!* :) The front office was very clean, smelled fresh (even the bathroom- which is inside the not-so-gigantic office, so one could imagine it may not smell pleasant, but the opposite is true!) Masks were worn and there is a huge bottle of hand sanitizer on a filing cabinet that was in front of each of the two desks in the office. The cabinet seemed out of place at first glance, but I soon realized it was so one did not have to get close to the employee's personal space/desk and could stay at a safe distance. Also used the top of the cabinet to put my paperwork when signing and such. Was a very nice touch that I have not come across in any office (or other) setting during these uncertain times! I had my own clean, sanitary, safely distant workspace area. Thank you iStorage (**on Hartley Road**) and bigger thanks to Mike. *Air High Five* ;) ***--->>>HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I stopped by iStorage for price quotes. My boyfriend & I are moving to the area from out of town & I must say Wayneshia was extremely helpful! I don’t know the first thing about how storage units work but she answered all of my questions and prices seem very reasonable. I will definitely return once we move. Thanks so much
