My husband has dementias. Unfortunately, the phycology's treatment failed him. Metropolitain Behavior failed to follow through and notify with emails, or texting. It is against their POLICY to call up his wife to remind them of the appointment. After disputing this with a woman over the phone and paying the 45.00 fee, she hangs up so we cannot schedule an appointment. My husband needs his prescriptions to keep him stable. I called the office to ask questions. Very difficult to get through and speak to anyone. They have poor and disrespectful services. Policies can change to assist customers. Especially if you a mental health facility.

Dr.Hirsch is so understanding and helpful in many ways. He loves to figure out the problem, talk about issues and it feels as if he really cares. Mental health is so important and having a good doctor is half the battle. I’m lucky I found a doctor that can actually help me with bettering my health.

Dr.Hirsh is amazing , However the office staff messed up last month on my appointment therefore i was only confused on my fill date this month. I was told by my pharmacy a date and then that day came it was wrong which i have proof of and now they told me to switch pharmacies .The staff lied and said the doctor spoke to them when it was his office staff and now they are refusing to allow me to speak to my doctor when i just got out of the hospital and i am not supposed to have any stress. They are telling me i have to wait until my next appointment which is 1 month from now. They are not properly taking care of their patients and you cannot just cut someone off medication. I HOPE DR HIRSH sees this

Katie is the best therapist! She helped me work through anxiety, anger, and a huge life transition. I highly recommend her! They were able to match me with a therapist based on my needs, and scheduled my first appointment the same week. Highly recommend!
