We recently had porcelain tile flooring installed. Marcelo and team did a beautiful job. They are professional, polite, respectful of our home, hard workers, cleaned up... honestly a 180 from what we have experienced with other people coming into our home to work. Absolutely beautiful work!!! I was so pleased from start to finish with this company. I contacted them via Floor and Decor’s third party installation company. They responded quickly and were very professional. When I took too long to make a decision (months!) and reached out again, they honored the original quote and scheduled a quick installation appointment. On the day of, the installer arrived early and was super patient when I didn’t have the right materials for the job. He showed me the various ways he could cut and lay the tile and let me choose and explained every part of the process. He was professional and kind! And the finished product was even better than I’d hoped for. I would absolutely use them again! Thank you! Thank you!

Coastline Customs Floors is top notch! Ronnie Walls came out very soon after my inquiry to take measurements and turned an estimate around very quickly. He even made suggestions on how I could save money on the install by moving our furniture ourselves. Every dollar counts. Soon after the estimate was received, we got the install scheduled. The crew was outstanding. Both were very friendly and efficient. The final outcome was great and I get compliments on our new floors everytime we have visitors. I'll be sure to use Coastline Custom Floors with upcoming projects!

We used Coastline to get new carpet upstairs in our house. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. The carpets looks great and the installers were professional and skilled. We referred them to both my mother and my in laws to install new tile floors. They were also both very pleased with the outcome. The tile floors look beautiful and my moms has gotten many compliments on how well they were installed. You always worry when referring a company to a family member but after the three jobs done perfect I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone!!!
