  My experience with Dr. Walbey-Stephens was impeccable! Dr. Walbey-Stephens is well versed in her area of practice. I was referred to Dr. Walbey-Stephens from my PCP. The process of getting seen was effortless, so smooth! I was impressed by the information I received concerning my foot. She put my worries aside as my injury wasn’t as bad as I thought.
  Dr. Walbey-Stephens was gentle, kind, and very nurturing towards me! I recommend Dr. Walbey- Stephens a thousand percent!
  You will be in great hands literally! ☺️😀

  I had a great experience with Dr. Walbey-Stephens. I was referred out to her through the VA. She was very attentive & understanding. I would definitely recommend her for other veterans as well. Her staff was nice as well. She was gentle in handling me, and trying to help me articulate the pain that I was feeling. I truly appreciate her overall professionalism. I’m definitely going back.

  I just want to say thank you to Dr. Walbey-Stephens. It was such an easy process to get an appointment and to be seen once my doctor sent over the referral. I was having problems with my left foot for a long time and the recommendations that was given has helped significantly, thank you for listening and educating me on the importance of taking care of my foot.

  I usually hate going to doctors because I feel like they just talk to me and do the bare minimum at times. But, I’m happy to say that Dr. Walbey helped to ease my anxiety from start to finish. She was professional and informative.
  
  Initially I was irritated because my PCP referred me to her office and when I arrived, they told me that they no longer accepted my insurance. I was able to speak directly with Dr.Walbey who helped me understand how the referral process works and what I could do on my end. I thought she was kind to help me because most doctors I’ve experienced, can’t be bothered to give education about anything other than the one issue you’re seeing them about especially not about insurance. GREEN FLAG! I needed care, so I stayed and paid for the visit.
  
  She was nice and personable, the office was clean and her staff was friendly. It’s a small office but she left a big impression on me. I’m a person that likes to know how I got the issue and what can happen if the problem persists. Like tell me the good, the bad AND the maybe. She did just that. She talked me through the issue with my foot as I’m a diabetic and new to wound care and maintenance. She was gentle and able to help me understand what I needed to do to keep myself healthy annnd what could happen if I didn’t. She was gentle as the area on my foot is very sensitive. When I needed a break, we took a break. I didnt feel rushed and she wasn’t in and out like other doctors are. She treated me well and I felt that I was properly attended to. It was a great experience!
