Dr. Elliott B. Rosenbaum, Psychologist

Dr. Rosenbaum led a moving and informative Memorial Day program for our high school students on veterans and PTSD. His deep knowledge, vast experience and compassionate manner all came through in his presentation and he left our students (and faculty) with a deeper understanding of the struggles that many veterans face and a broader appreciation for the veterans and active military in our country.

Dr. Rosenbaum is a compassionate, knowledgeable psychologist who puts his patients' care and needs first. He is a great listener and can help you through the most difficult times.

I am a military chaplain and am now just finishing a PhD in Counseling psychology at a major university. I have had hundreds of hours of training and classes to help me be a better counselor and have had thousands of hours of counseling experience. But I can honestly say that nothing has prepared me better and nothing has had a more positive impact on my counseling than my life coach training with Dr. Rosenbaum. Research indicates, and my experience supports the fact that the most important factor for growth in counseling is the therapeutic environment. Dr. Rosenbaum does an amazing job teaching how to create an ideal space to empower clients. During one of the early session of my life coach training we had to practice coaching without being able to say a single word. I was amazed at how much work the client could do when I shut my mouth.
