While there have been some difficulties with frequent staff change and the misunderstanding over the DEA raid has given this office a bad rap. The nurses and staff are always helpful and the billing dept worked with me for years while I was a struggling cash patient. I don't see Dr. Mel often, but when needed, he is always available. Keep it up guys!
