JWB Property Management

As a Real Estate investor, JWB is exactly what I was looking for. I am a big believer in passive income and JWB has made that a reality. I have purchased 3 homes so far and the experience has been wonderful. For me working with a property management company to manage the homes is a must. I have a few properties that I manage myself and creates a lot of stress. I have an account manager I can reach out to any day and get the answers that I need. It really has been a wonderful experience for me working with JWB and I plan on purchasing more homes in the future. I highly recommend JWB for real estate investor, whether you are experienced or new to the industry

From the beginning everyone at JWB has been a great help in the process of purchasing our rental investment properties and managing them, especially during the last few years. We appreciate their knowledge, expertise and friendly customer service. We have always had a great experience with them. Maddie, Hannah and Caitlin are rock stars.

My property manager @ JWB -Courtney has been WONDERFUL! Anytime I have questions she promptly responds via email. I did have issues during COVID where I was out of work for a while and fell behind on my rent, I had already applied for a grant to help with my rent and told her before rent was even due what was going on and that I was taking the initiative to get help. Unfortunately the grant I applied for had run out of money and Courtney offered the name of another grant for me to apply for. It was really a rough time for me with being sick, sick kids, job on the line, home schooling sick kids, my trucks tire blew out on the highway with the kids in the car....it was like one thing after another and I was talking to Courtney on a daily basis letting her know the status of my life and that I was still desperately trying to hold it together. She was a God send, the grant she told me to apply for came through and helped me with my rent; AND this was all right before the holidays and she nominated me and my kids to have a secret Santa through JWB. This secret Santa went above and beyond and got my kids amazing Christmas gifts, giving me a chance to not worry and get on my feet financially (and mentally).
In my 2 years here I have only had to put in 3 work orders and each time I have had a professional contractor come out and take care of any issues. I always try to handle any issues myself prior to putting in a work order- saves JWB $, saves me time at work, and I learn something! LOL!
Honestly, I LOVE JWB. Best thing that happened to me and my family from the very get go. And I love our home. I am very nervous as my lease comes up from renewal with the rent increases I've seen in Jacksonville and I will be holding my breath that I the rent increases reasonably for us to stay here. It's been perfect for my work commute and for my kids’ charter school that they absolutely LOVE. It's been nice to have a stable home and I'm hoping we can stay another 2-3 years.

I’ve been renting with JWB for 3 going on 4 years and my experience has been very good. My 1st year JWB gifted me 1000 during xmas which was a blessing in disguise. Following that all of my interactions have been good. My property manager-Devon Q- is top notch! He is very understanding and works with me if I have issues with my unit or need a little more time paying rent. It’s been a consistent positive experience with the exception of issues that are beyond my control. I would recommend JWB to future tenants!
