Out of all the pediatricians we could have chosen for our baby, we chose the best! Dr Miles took the time to know us before we decided to become her patient, she did home visits for the first month or our baby’s life so we wouldn’t have to drive our newborn around in the middle of a pandemic, and has accommodated our lifestyle and vaccination schedule preferences without a problem. She has answered all of our texts with even the most basic questions, which as new parents and trying to figure out how baby’s “work” has been golden! She even called us back on a Sundays for a true emergency. She treats our baby holistically not only monitoring her physical development but also her cognitive, behavioral and emotional development. Dr Sant has backed her up when out of town, and has the same gentle and knowledgeable approach. We are so lucky to have found Thrivewell!!

If we could give these wonderful women a 100 star review rating we would ! We have known Dr. Miles for 14 years as she is our niece and nephews pediatrician as well. I learned so much from her long before I myself became a mother . She has a true to heart caring nature for not just her patients but also the well being of their parents.
Her love & passion for the health of families she cares for truly shines. She gives loving advice for not only preventative measures for keeping our toddler healthy , but also her emotional well-being and Montessori style learning tools.
Also living 45 minutes away from their office is worth the drive , but if you prefer to just shoot them a text that works too ! They answer very quickly & love pictures:)
Dr. Sant we haven’t had the privilege of getting to know much yet , but my aunt raves about her wonderful self from her previous practice before moving to Florida to care for her elderly parents .

I would like to start out and let you know how much I value your time. I was so floored at the success you were having with Emily that I totally lost track of time. I also wanted to take the time to tell you how much I am grateful for you. I can’t thank you enough for your slow approach with Emily on Monday. You would have never guessed she has been so terrified of the doctor for so many years. Emily came into her appointment agreeing just to talk to you and by the end of it you were able to do your entire exam on her. Your willingness to see her "on her terms” was paramount. You didn’t have to agree to see her like that, but you CHOSE to, and honestly that is what makes you so amazing. I explained the situation and you let us do what we needed to and just came right along side us. You talked to Emily the entire time about what she was comfortable with and if she would be okay proceeding any further. I don’t think any explanation would capture how thankful we are for you. The last time we took emily to the doctor they literally asked us to wait outside because of her screaming. They then brought us in and we’re unsuccessful at even getting her on the scale let alone an exam. Fear is so hard to over come, especially in the mind of an 8 year old, and you did it so flawlessly. The way your running this practice is so revolutionary. It just makes sense. Having direct access to you just makes you like family and I have no doubt Emily picked up on that and therefore was very comfortable seeing you. She wasn’t seeing a “doctor” she was seeing a friend! Thank you from our entire family. Your love of your patients and your character shine through in all that you do. With most sincere hearts, we thank you!

Dr. Miles has been my son’s pediatrician since he was born over eight years ago. He has a unique and complex medical history, and she has been with us every step of the way. She has built a relationship with us, and we trust her medical knowledge and skill levels. It was a risk to try a direct service practice since it’s so different than what we’ve been used to, but it’s more than worth it for her kind, empathetic demeanor and knowledge of medical issues along with ways to use holistic treatments to support better health.
