John helped with planning a new set up for my existing pump and motor. Bearings starting to go out, so he suggested a new variable speed motor to replace existing one. This saved a lot of unnecessary work redoing plumbing to get it installed.

You can put a price on pool chemicals but you can't put a price on friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone who works here is super nice and between all of them they know everything about taking care of a pool. I only go here for pool supplies/advice.

As soon as my fiance & I walked through the showroom doors we were pleasantly greeted with a ♡"VERY KIND"♡ ~☆"HELLO, & WARM WELCOME TO PINCH-A-PENNY" & "IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING AT ALL OR ANY HELP WITH ANYTHING (OR IN MY CASE EVERYTHING), TO JUST PLEASE ASK &THAT ANY MEMBER OF THEIR STAFF WOULD BE AWESOME IN HELPING US WITH GUIDANCE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS!! (( & THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY TRUE) )!!!!!!!!!!
This was surely our first time & I'm sure you could tell by our overwhelmed faces!! We returned our chlorine jugs to swap them out for new ones & the gentlemen who helped us in doing so helped us in making me & my fiance feel so totally welcome & asked the both of us if we had any questions (in which I did). I was curious about the chlorine tablets that we have but were needing more of & if the 2 selections out on the showroom floor were very different or rather similar.
He then went on to described to us both the differences thoroughly & with great knowledge of the chemistry of the product & it's outcome & honestly due to his advice on the subject we decided that we both should purchase the better more effective selection. I'm not really sure what the name of it was but it is the chlorine tablets that are in a 25gal. bucket with a blue lid!!! So I feel due to this helpful info that he provided us with helped us in the best way possible!!!
Last but not least the cashier that helped us with placing these purchases on our property owners account was so very nice & friendly & happy to help!!!
From the first impression when we walked in, & throughout the entire visit in the showroom to the very end was such a completely peaceful & pleasant experience!!!
So I would EXTREMELY ADVISE that the store owners & management acknowledge these 2 staff members for their excellence today & awesome customer service & continue to offer the same in the future!!! Thank you sincerely for such a great experience & for all of your added help in our visit today to your store!!! Have a blessed & happy weekend & give both of yourselves a HUGE PAT ON THE BACK!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The displays are fantastic, easy to put together ideas when you walk in the store.
On the few occasions they didn't have what I needed for my system they were able to tell me where I could get it and what to do with it after I did.
And all-around nice clean store, great employees, very easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
