I don’t usually write reviews but, after working with this State Farm team, I needed to immediately. My previous insurance agency was through Brightway. They were unable to find insurance for my house after my previous insurance provider went bankrupt. My policy was going to cancel on the 7th of September 2021. So, I went out and did some research myself. I stumbled upon this office, based on location and its great reviews. There is a reason why they are so highly rated. The customer service was phenomenal. I want to give an extra big shoutout to Yusely! She is great, so professional and polite. She spent the time to walk me through all the details. Office manager Jessica was absolutely superb in accurately answering every question without any gray areas that left any doubt.Her answers caused me to be self encouraged enough to upgrade my policy.Which I did.Jessica deserves a raise to show real appreciation.Need I say more.

I'm not the type to leave reviews so hopefully it says something. In 15 years, this is my first experience with a new insurance company and Jessica provided an exceptional level of service. I wish I were eloquent because she deserves a glowing review. But considering the time spent and eagerness to help, I'm not surprised to see 5 star interactions here!

Tanner is awesome! He gave me the best price & was cheaper than every other company that I called. The people who work in the office are all very helpful, understanding & kind. VERY SATISFIED WITH MY STATE FARM & will continue to stick with them for my insurance coverage!
