    Alexis, Mike, and the other staff are knowledgeable and have worked diligently to help me with excellent treatment options. They continually helped pinpoint problems areas and exercises to help me. I am very pleased with the service I received at H2 Health Beaches.

    All staff members take a personal interest in your recovery. They change-up your routine and keep you challenged as you progress through your therapy sessions!

    Amazing physical therapy experience! I had multiple knee surgeries and they helped me every step of the way and gave me confidence getting back to my normal life!

    I had ACL surgery on 01/07/22 inwas sent to H2 for physical therapy. I had PT Alexis and her student Sydney do my evaluation. Both listened with intent and had great bedside manor. They explained everything I needed to do and WHY we are doing it. PT Alexis recommended several items for me to make my physical therapy at home a better experience. I was so grateful for her.

    I have been going for about 3 weeks now and they still continue to treat me the same. I will recommend H2 beaches to anyone who needs PT.
