Second time working with Shun and her crew. Love how she makes me feel safe and protected which makes me trust her recommendations. I never feel taken advantage of which is my main concern. Cool when a chic knows her stuff about cars because I DON’T and her crew fix my issues on the first try each time. Spirit of excellence from both Shun and her team! Also really appreciate the rental. My Lexus of Birmingham experience has been great!! The staff is always friendly and very accommodating while waiting. The waiting experience is second to none with a self service snack and beverage bar, mounted televisions, comfortable seating and even a secure area to do your walking while you wait or they will put you in loaner if your waiting time will extend beyond your capacity to wait. My service advisor, Ron Amerson, the new service manager, Kevin, the mechanics, are always on point in explaining to me what my car needs are...They're always very Knowledgeable about my care, very helpful and efficient in getting my car needs done with excellence.and in a timely manner. Lexus of Birmingham, the service department, always serve with excellence!! When I take my car there for service, I am confident that it's in great hands and they will do only what needs to be done..and they always do it with excellence,...I am very satisfied with Lexus of Birmingham Service. They have great people working there!! Very Knowledgeable, helpful, skilled, a lot of experience which makes a very satisfying experience!! Literally, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car..."my investment", but Lexus of Birmingham!!!

Everyone was so nice and professional.
A service representative greeted me at drop off and directed me to my advisor immediately. I saw her and she assisted me with the service order and I was out the door just minutes later.
They performed the work in a timely manner and emailed me at completion. I again met with my advisor and she explained the work performed and accepted my payment and then directed me to my vehicle. Overall an excellent experience.

Great service from my advisor Sharon. She met me as I drove in, had lined up a loaner. Later called to explain each item on the to do list as shown to her by the technician . Car was ready as promised and when I arrived , she again went over each item. This kind of service is not unusual for Sharon as she constantly delivers great customer service,

This was actually the best experience I ever had today!! My car was fixed & all of my fluids were topped unlike other times! In fact, my tires had all the right pressure unlike previous time. For example, one time the tires were rotated but no air in them. Mr. Kevin Frazier was very excellent, knowledgeable & most of professional.
