I called in looking to cancel my life and HI policies today due to financial reasons. I spoke with Katie and she was pleasant and very understanding. By the end of the day, she guided me into a better auto policy that will allow me to financially keep both of the other policies that I originally intended to cancel. She has been nothing short of amazing and I fully commend her for her knowledge and professionalism.

UPDATE from a week later: Katie is still on top of everything I needed to complete my auto insurance transfer. She’s been prompt in getting any and all documents I have needed to complete. The whole process has been easy as can be due to her due diligence.
