Several of us had booked a neighborhood cruise for January of this year and Suzanne did a lot of work to put it together. With the current Omicron virus situation, the people on this cruise decided not to go or postpone their cruises. Suzanne was able to get all of our money back for our cruises instead of just getting us the future cruise credit that we were entitled to, She did this on her own without us asking. I know she spent lots of hours on the phone to do this for us.
This gave everyone the opportunity to book any cruise they want on any cruise line at any time. Or they could choose to take another trip that is not a cruise or do nothing at all.
Someone once asked me why we use Suzanne and this would be a perfect example. She is good at what she does and goes above and beyond what is expected. We have been working with her for some 20+ years and will continue to use her and her agency for our travel needs.
