  Ericka is the branch manager and she is OUTSTANDING!!! Absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond to help me. She sat down with me for hours and not only did she explain bank related things to me she also went out of her way to give me motherly advice and important life skills to know. She is incredible. I highly recommend going to the mandarin branch and talking with her if you need anything. I was so impressed by her work and her work ethic. She put the biggest smile on my face and helped me achieve my goal that I didn’t know was possible. Thank you so much Ericka. By far the best experience I’ve ever had all thanks to Ericka.

  I wanted to share my experience with everyone. I was in a real mess with my finances. Interest rates through the roof on my credit cards. I was making payments but never seeing any balances going down. I had a few life situations happen in a short span that put me in debt. I had so much anxiety I could not sleep at night. I always heard Community First was the best but never had an option to bank there. I recently purchased a new vehicle and was going through my budget. I needed to get a loan and knock out all that 29-30%. Interest rates plus build my credit at the same time. I went into the San Jose Mandarin branch office and was greeted by Erica the branch manager. I explained my situation and told her that I was in recovery been clean five years and rebuilt in my life from scratch with nothing to my name. I had been working diligently for 5 years to improve my life inside and out. I needed a loan to get rid of the debt that has been keeping me up at night. She went above and beyond for me. The generosity and determination to get me this loan was amazing. It was as if she knew was what I was thinking in my mind. Full of fear I had no idea how this was going to turn out. I prayed and gave it a few weeks. She called me to come in and sign paperwork. Not only did I get the loan but a new bank. I am forever grateful for the chance she gave me. This was a true god sent experience.
