Stephen came to my house on a Saturday at 8:00 pm after my AC stopped working, within 20 minutes of my call no less. This is August in Florida so no way you can wait until Monday. He took a look, told me what he thought was wrong, discussed the options and cost, and fixed it within 30 minutes. Completely professional and knew exactly what needed to be done.
