This is THE place to go if you need a leg brace. I highly recommend it. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I fractured my patella and had a hard time locating a company in Jacksonville that would fit me with a brace prescribed by my physician. Fortunately, one of the many companies I called mentioned Bremer Orthotics. Licensed orthotist Rick Coleman fitted me with a brace and gave me some useful information (not included by the manufacturer) about how to put it on and off. My case turned out to be relatively simple. The company handles very complex cases as well, including making custom orthotic and prosthetic devices.
I just recently worked with Richard Coleman to make me a new above the knee prosthetic leg. I am a very active person and I wanted to return to the life I had before my accident. Mr. Coleman was so helpful and informative and I am back to almost all of the things that I used to do. I am so grateful to Bremer Prosthetics and Orthotics and cannot recommend them highly enough. This is by far and away the best team in Jacksonville.
