Ruby Tuesday

My husband & I had a wonderful dinner date on our first trip to Jacksonville over Valentines weekend! Our experience from start to finish within the restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal. We were greeted immediately upon entry by a very kind young hostess. We were sat by the entrance, and within moments greeted by our delightful server, Stacy. I have not encountered many a servers of her caliber throughout my dining experiences over the years.. very few & far inbetween. This woman is THE prime example of excellent customer service and hospitality. She was very attentive to our order requests (lots of diet restrictions), made sure our food came out perfect and never let our drinks run dry. She was very respectful! All whilst rotating between tables on one of the busiest weekends of the year AND maintaining proper social distancing and wearing the necessary PPE to keep herself & fellow patrons protected. When my husband and I return to Jacksonville for future trips, we plan to return to this location & hope to see Stacy again! Compliments to the chef that evening as well!

This use to be mother and I special place to visit our Sista Annette! Of course we would eat when we had the money! Now mother is gone on to paradise! I come out here at the least two times a week to see Annette! Usually salad bar $10.00 all you can eat! But today I had the $ 5.00 cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and french fries. It was really good!

We just love the food and service. We usually eat here twice a week. On weekdays, we are waited on by Annette. Annette is such a wonderful and loving person. She is a great server with a great personality. She really treats her customers like family. On Sunday's, we are waited on by Stacey. She is very attentive and very efficient. She cares for her customers in a very timely manner. Both of these ladies are wonderful. We think very highly of them. We would like to thank them for giving us such great service!
