  Even though these townhomes are not located in most desirable area. I can say that out of all the townhomes communities that's being built around Jacksonville. These are the most sturdy and rugged ones I have seen constructed so far. In addition these are the first townhomes that I have seen built with block concrete and metal roofs. I wish it was a gated community.

  Aj was incredible! He truly went above what we expected. He was so helpful in helping us get out first home. He even helped me for a surprise for my husband at the new house before we closed! He answered all of our questions and even reached out on his days off. We were so blessed to have him for our first home buying experience and will refer in the future.
