DICK'S Sporting Goods

The staff here is always friendly but on my last visit my 4 year old lost her new pink hat inside the store and we looked and searched and left thinking it was gone forever. We let the team know that it was missing and gave them our number with little hope of her hat showing back up.

Within 45 mins Mr.JIMBO came to the rescue of finding my little girls hat! He really didn’t have to keep looking and my family is very thankful for him going the extra mile. 🦸‍♂️

In town waiting on a cruise to leave went by to locate some handles for our Yeti cups. Steve, whose tag said Head Coach, asked if he could help. There were no 30oz handles on the shelf. He looked it up, went to the back room, and came out with a box. Inside was what we needed. Customer service is truly a thing of the past, but Steve you saved the day!

This was my first visit to this store.
I already went to 2 locations and could not find the soccer shoes for men so thought I’ll try this location and I am so glad I
did today. I walked straight to the area where they have the soccer shoes and started looking for the size I needed. A staff member Jay walked by and asked if I needed help, and once I told him what was looking for he immédiat started looking for what I needed. He did not seem to be bothered by looking for the size I needed, I was disappointed that we could not find what I needed and he offered to check on inventory and order it for me.
We walked to the check desk where he was able to put in the order for me and once I paid he explained how I should get an email confirming my order.
The 2 previous stores I visited were not as clean and not as organized. The staff at this location were all polite and very courteous. Jay was the utmost professional during the entire time and thanks to him my husband will have his Christmas present. Thanks Jay and keep up the good work! Some day you will make a general Manager or even a district manger 👍👍
