UF Health Endocrinology - North

My visit to the Endocrinology department was with Dr. Gunjan Y Gandhi. He is kind, a good listener, and is patient. I appreciated that he acknowledged and spoke to me about my concerns and he never rushed me. His goal remained how he could best help me to his ability.

At the end of my visit, I was instructed to wait in the room and a staff member would be there shortly to check me out. I waited quite awhile before I felt something was wrong and made my way to the front desk.

The scheduling coordinators here are incredibly welcoming, friendly and accountable.

When I told them of my wait and that perhaps I may have been forgotten while they were busy, they immediately were honest and said that is very much so what happened and they took responsibility and apologized.

I love that every one of these ladies were so kind about it, and they were really helpful in checking me out and answering all of my questions.
