This shop has become my favorite vape shop I have ever been in. I walked in this morning to buy a new mod since mine was broke and not only did the people here take care of my needs they spent almost 40 minutes with me trying to see what was wrong with the old mod and tank. They showed some of the absolute best customer service anyone could ever want. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone. Please stop by they treat you like a person and not just someone to make money from

I love coming into this Vape store. Chris, one of the employees always make sure that I get the best disposable flavors. He will never let me walk out without the best one also the energy in the Vape shop it’s always very nice to come into and I always get treated nicely.

Hands down my FAVORITE vape shop in all of North East FL. This place is the most legitimate vape shop I’ve ever been to; they know their stuff and are always willing to provide expert advice/recommendations for whatever product you’re searching for. On top of that, they are the most chill and welcoming people. Every time I go in the store I’m welcomed and treated like a friend. 100% hands down recommend New Start. They are the bomb! 💣

The owner Ernesto has a heart of gold and is always great to see when he’s here. If you are in avid vapor in the Jackson area you should stop over when your on the Northside.
