Adrenaline Self Defense

Great experience! I learned so many self-defense responses to several different attacks. Walked away with more confidence. I can only imagine how much confidence building one would gain after taking a few classes. Definitely worth the experience.

Our company had Adrenaline Self Defense come and teach a self defense class and our employees LOVED it! The class was extremely informative, and you could tell the instructors truly care about you leaving with more confidence and the knowledge of defending yourself if you ever needed to. We will definitely be having them back for the other classes they have to offer!

My company had an AMAZING experience with Adrenaline Self Defense. Chris taught us the basics of self -defense in a fun and engaging way. Our employees loved the program and are already requesting that we bring him back for part 2!

Our high school PTSA hosted the reality-based self-defense course. The class not only gave the students, parents and faculty who participated training on how to physical protect themselves, it also gave advice and instructions on how to gain the confidence necessary to hopefully avoid becoming a target. We had several students who were less outgoing, but even they felt the class gave them skills that will definitely increase their awareness and safety. We had a few students and parents who enjoyed the class so much they would like to continue with more lessons. Chris and Kristen did a great job with all of the students to make them feel comfortable, informed and ultimately safer. You can easily see how passionate Chris and Kristen are about sharing their knowledge and training. Chris was easy to work with throughout the planning of this event. He also volunteered his time to participate in our health and safety fair to share information to educate our students on the opportunities to receive self-defense training. The class we offered would be great for any high school to host. I would definitely use them again.

I have gone to self defense classes another place a few years ago, but the techniques that they taught were complicated and I had forgotten them all. When I went to Adrenaline Self Defense, each technique was simple, easy to perform, and easy to remember. I can actually see myself being able to remember and perform the moves in a high-stress situation. The instructors were absolutely amazing - great customer service, had a great system for explaining and demonstrating, amazing teachers, and you can tell that Chris is passionate about what he does and really really cares for the safety of all that he teaches. Overall great experience, I will be back for more classes for sure.
