  I have rented for over 20 years and I have to say that the new apartment manager “Chelsea” is the BEST I have ever worked with! She is always attentive, always smiling, always positive, always eager to help with whatever is needed—I can’t say enough good things about her. Vera is a beautiful place to live with top-notch amenities and quality finishings in the apartments that set it apart from other places. From the salt water pool to the movie room to the paw spa to the workout room, everything you could want is here. And Chelsea keeps it running in top shape! The friendly staff in the office is a pleasure to work with and the maintenance crew is amazing—they show up within 24 hours of being requested and do excellent work that doesn’t require a second trip. If you want to live like you’re on vacation 365 days a year, then Vera is the place to be. Just ask for Chelsea and you’ll have a great friend on the property before you even move in!! Only drawback? They don’t offer room service LOL!!!

  I love my new home at Vera. It’s quiet, the apartment is lovely and spacious with a lot of potential to decorate and truly make it feel like a home. Chelsea has been wonderful and accessible when I’ve had questions, needed information or minor situations taken care of. I love that the property is tucked away in a quaint location out of the hustle and bustle but easily accessible to all the needs such as the beach, Publix, restaurants, St. John’s Town Center all within minimal or a short drive accessible by 9B or 295. Art M. and Art C. have been wonderful also. Timely and efficient as well as very helpful when I put in a request, needed information or had questions. Although, i haven’t met Dakota in (maintenance) I trust he’s be just as helpful and timely as Art & Art.

  Donnica made my renting experience comfortable, easy & smooth. She is so friendly, welcoming, punctual & was very on top of everything! She kept me in the loop through the approval process and responded within minutes sometimes seconds when I reached out to her! I am excited for the stay of my lease term here, and to utilize all that Vera has to offer.

  The apartment units are spacious and modern. You can actually fit a king size bed in very comfortably unlike most apartments or condos. Not to mention 12’ ceilings on the top floor add even more space and windows. The apartments are quiet, which is perfect. No craziness. And lastly, it’s a smoke free community. - The staff is excellent. Brittany is exceptionally amazing for her hard work and dedication to ensure you’re having the best move-in and living experience.

  I’ve only been here a month but I’m really happy with my new home. Zane helped me to find the perfect apartment and ensured the entire move-in process went smoothly for me. It’s a beautiful, quiet community with well-kept grounds and a resort-like pool area. Everyone in the office has made me feel welcome since Day one. And when I needed to contact Maintenance, I found the team to be friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help.
