I met with Christan for many months to assist with learning tools related to Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
I was able to put together a notebook of handouts on specific techniques which helped me to reconstruct my thinking patterns. I called this my toolbox of healthy thinking.
Christan’s knowledge and insight were extremely helpful in making progress during a difficult time.
I still have the notebook years later and carry it in my car every day and refer to it.
Christan is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about therapies which are highly effective . I still look up to Christan and admire her!!!! I miss her too!!
