He didn't try to "oversell" us. We've had a couple of glitches along the way (mostly teenager related :) and not by his fault at all) and every single time he's treated us fairly and professionally. At no time have we ever felt like he's taken advantage of us. He's knowledgeable, knows the business and takes personal responsibility. I highly recommend the entire team.

Custom just for us!! Had it delivered in less than 1 week. ( He even came out 1 week later to see how we liked it).
