Excellent service and friendly techs. Our previous generator service left us high and dry when they moved out of the area, and when I called Premier Power Systems they showed up two days later and performed a full service.
Generators are essential in the Amelia Island area where power is affected every storm. I'm grateful PPS is here to keep our home generator is top shape! Thanks crew!
The Premier Team just finished our installation yesterday. So many companies don't have an inventory of Generac generators because of Covid. They got me one and absolutely were amazing. I live in Mandarin and the power goes off even when there is not a storm. I have wanted a Generac for a long. Finding the right company to install and monitor is really very important.
I have had a service contract with Premier Power Systems (PPS) for going on two years. PPS staff and technicians are second to none. Their technicians are right on time, they service the entire system with all the diagnostic checks, battery, change the oil and filters, test the output, test the transfer switch, adjust the valves, and many more items. They also have Mobile Link which immediately reports and issues, and I have the same application, so they get an alert during each Sunday 0900 run test with the diagnostic. Today I wanted to add the Generac Propane tank level reading, so if we have bad storms I don't have to go out into the weather. It also alerts you by the application if your pre-set tank level hits the target low, it notifies you. I needed some assistance on wheter my tank was compatable with the wireless device. I called PPS and got through to the owner, Bob. Bob spent several minutes checking the type of existing manual tank guage and recommended that mine was compatable. I then stopped by his store and met him and his family (Local family owned business). He had in stock the wireless tank level device, Generac was out. I came back home and in less than 15 minutes it was up and monitoring. Outstanding service above and beyond!
I have had three other generator companies come out to look at my generator. One never got back to me, the next told me I need to replace the whole system for $10K + and the third said he could fix it but never told me how much and didn't get back with me after that. Premier came out and had it working again with an hour. The gentlemen was professional, courteous and efficient. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
