Jaclyn and Vanessa both showed up on time and were amazing. They worked non stop on my tile floors, cleaning, scrubbing the grout to finally sealing it. My floors look almost new and they are 13 years old. I am so happy with Mrs Grout and her team. I highly recommend them.

Mrs. Grout technician Vanessa did an outstanding job on our 20 year old tile walk-in shower. It took about six hours. The grout and tile are gleaming like new. She was professional and left the bathroom in excellent condition. I am only posting "after" pics because I don't want the Internet to know how yucky our shower was, before. It definitely needed professional attention. Vanessa also told us how to properly maintain the condition she restored our shower to. Extremely satisfied.

Found these women online and saw great reviews. Years ago we renovated 2 bathrooms, an expensive endeavor and surprisingly time consuming. This time, in this home, we're very happy with these women cleaning our bathroom tub, and shower tile and putting in new grout. One day for each bathroom, and then with hubby painting the walls and installing new fixtures, LOADS less expensive and not nearly time consuming like a complete renovation. Here's a few pictures showing their work. Oh, one more thing, I felt very comfy with having the women here working. If you're a single woman on your own and not keen on guy construction crews redoing your bath tiles, call Mrs Grout!

The initial quote for my shower grout repair was given by Melissa who arrived on time and gave a comprehensive initial quote. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The actual job was performed by Jaclyn. Jaclyn also showed up on time. Jaclyn was very pleasant, courteous and professional. She immediately got to work upon her arrival. She took her time, ensuring the job was done properly. Once she completed the job, my shower looked like it was brand new. Mrs. Grout exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this company.
