We have been with this office for 10+ years and have been pleased with them. We moved to Spring Hill not knowing too much about the area and Bethany was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Often you see commercials for companies showing them as helpful and awesome but you go in and the experience and/or people you deal with are quite the opposite. That isn’t the case with Bethany! The State Farm commercial jingle says ‘Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there’ and Bethany puts those words to action. She helped us get all our insurance needs, helped us get acquainted with our new city, and she is always available either by phone or email to answer any and all questions/concerns we have. She is always upbeat, friendly and engaging. She remembers what is going on in our lives and asks about family and/or events etc. She is an amazing agent and an asset to State Farm.

I would highly recommend this office for your insurance needs. As a licensed agent myself, I understand how insurance works and Bethany not only provided me with great coverage at a reasonable price, but was always very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. In this Florida market, you need to shop around. I would say put this office at the top of your list! They will do all they can for you!

We recently moved to Florida from Delaware and needed a local agent to help us with our insurance needs. We first obtained our automobile insurance through Mark and then a few months later had him shop for a new homeowner's policy as we were hit with a 60% increase on our existing policy with a different agency. Renee with Mark's office was able to obtain better coverage for us at a rate comparable to our original policy, in essence no rate increase, and now a bundled discount on our auto policy to boot!
