As a long term client of Linda, I can attest that she is incredible and an extremely talented therapist. She has helped me through many difficult times in my life. She has taught me many tools in addressing stress and various issues in my life including but not limited to anxiety and obesity. I was referred to Linda a couple of years ago. I connected with her right away, which is so important in a client/therapist relationship for success. I looked forward to our sessions because we talked about more than just my issues. We talked about life. Linda was able to help me see things that I never knew about myself, in a very gentle way, through exercises and self-reflection away from our sessions.
