So glad we found this place! Friendly staff and Dr is professional and very qualified. The office is clean and well ran. Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Sieboldt and his staff are the best eye care facility my family and I have ever been to. Dr. Sieboldt always takes the time to address any concerns, recommend different options, and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is always courteous and friendly as well. They making going to get your eye exam a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to qualify care and the best service!

Seeing the negative reviews shocks me so I decided to leave one myself. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sieboldt for over 15 years, and he’s amazing. He takes my concerns to heart, & has always been there for me whenever I have an issue. There was even a time I had a bad experience when I got my glasses done at Eyeglass World, where they made my lenses incorrectly two times. I was a minor at the time so they dealt with my parents saying I was just being difficult, & I needed to understand it takes time for the eyes to adjust to new lenses I just needed to be patient. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 4 so I knew it was the lenses. I couldn’t see anything, & everyone knows when you get a new pair of eyeglasses everything looks so crisp and clear not blurry. After they sent my eyeglasses back to the lab to be redone, & I still couldn’t see my parents agreed it was them and not me. So I went back to Dr. Sieboldt since he wrote my prescription. I was so emotional & overwhelmed, BC I have a high power & it had been weeks dealing with this issue leaving me without the new updated lenses I needed resulting in my struggling to see in school. He immediately put me at ease explaining what they did wrong, & how he will take care of it. Didn’t even matter that my lenses were not done via his lab, & that the frames were not from his optical. He put in an order, & just like that the problem was solved. This was just one of many times he’s looked out for me over the years. The optical has always been amazing as well. Didn’t always have my eyeglasses prepared through his office, but my power got to the point that only certain labs could make my lenses so I now only order through Dr. Sieboldt’s office. Only negative I can think of is how there is one woman in the optical that her tone/attitude I can admit always leaves a bad taste in my mouth every time I end up having to deal with her, but she still gets the job done. Can’t deny I do everything I can to avoid having to converse with her out of preference. Do not know her name, but she’s just not a warm person to me at all. She always seems irritated to be there, & irritated to help or answer questions. It makes for a not so pleasant experience when you’re doing something as important as deciding what you want to wear everyday all day for the next year. As far as the front desk goes they’re always friendly, & helpful never really had an issue. Really only speak to them for the quick call to make an appt & that’s it. He has become a lot more known over the years so it’s always pretty busy, but I’ve never waited a long time for my appt I’m always seen right away for the most part. I’ve maybe waited 20min give or take, but that’s pretty average for all medical providers for the area he is in.

Dr Sieboldt was very friendly, professional and told me he would work with me til I found contacts that worked with my astigmatism. We tried several and I can say that he was very patient with me til I found the ones that worked for me. I also bought glasses and I love them! The staff took their time with fitting me and was super friendly. I can recommend them!
