Top-Notch customer service experience from Eddie, Sunny, Joe, Faydee, and Michael at Orange County BMW. From the moment I walked in, Eddie and Sunny were truly professional, and extremely helpful throughout this entire process. Eddie went the extra mile to let me test drive a M model car which I requested before coming in and in all fairness not many BMW dealership allow test drives on M cars so that was awesome. Eddie was very easy to communicate with and overall it was just a seamless process working with him. I worked with Faydee and Joe doing the financing for the car and I have to say that they are very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful walking me through the entire financing process and answering every questions I had in regards to all the financing terms, warranties, packages, and etc. The entire process with Eddie was just truly outstanding & quick and I am so glad that I went with him to purchase this M4. I was out the door with my car in no time. All the paperwork’s, NY state inspection, registration, plates, and everything else were done very seamlessly and quick. Honestly speaking, this was one of the best experience I have ever had at Orange County BMW. I highly recommend everyone to Orange County BMW. Ask for Eddie when you walk in and trust me you won’t be disappointed. He is always available through texts and calls and even after purchasing the car when I reached out to him for certain things that I came across, he and the team made sure I was well taken care of and that’s the best thing about going to a dealer that actually takes good care of their customers with any concerns. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. First time here, superb! Emily gave us the best service all around that we have had in YEARS!! She legit predicted EVERYTHING we could imagine to ask for before we even had a chance to. The food was perfectly cooked and soo good as were the drinks. We live very close and will absolutely be back to see Emily.

I order to go from here all the time! The staff is always so kind, the food is always hot and fresh and recently Kendall gave some great new recommendations to try off the menu. We are always happy with ordering from here!

Who doesn’t love beer? I do in the world of beer is the Place to go if you’re looking to try a couple different beers. They have them quite a big selection Antonia choose from. The price is great and the service is amazing too. I love world of beer and I will be back to this location and several others in the future thanks WOB!!!!!!
