I am starting Week 4 of my plan tomorrow, and I am so happy I chose to do the program for myself. I’m down 17 lbs. in 3 weeks. I wake up at 4:45am feeling like I’m 6 years old on Christmas morning, I can jump out of bed and get moving. My energy lasts all day, my gut is clearing up, the pain I had gotten used to in my joints is gone, my periods aren’t killing me, and I no longer feel like I need a nap every day.
