Simply the best!
Extremely knowledgeable and kind. The staff goes out of their way you make you and your pet comfortable. They also offer pet-sitting. Suzanne Toper is the most wonderful vet I have ever met. Easy access and parking available.
Best vet in Tampa, hands down. Great with my birds and dogs alike. I've known Dr Topor for about 25 years and she is endlessly kind and always good with a clever solution! I highly recommend Livingston Animal and Avian Hospital. They have a loyal following.
Dr. Topor is the very best! She has cared for all of my birds (macaw, cockatoos, cockatiels, budgies and a ring neck parakeet who thinks he's a person) for years. She is both professional and caring and the staff reflects that attitude.
Other people I've talked with in her waiting room feel the same about her care of their animals (dogs, cats, lizards, etc.). Everyone there seems to understand that these animals are "family."
Caring and Gentle Vet and Practice - I have been going to Dr. Topor and other vets (Dr. Readdy, Dr. Brush, Dr. Odachowski) at Livingston for more than 10 years. I have cats and ferrets and all have received loving and gentle care by all the vets and techs. Dr. Topor is very gentle and respectful of the animals as well as the pet owner.
