Dr. Kaplan is a very caring, professional, down to earth doctor. He takes the time to talk with you, and is very knowledgeable in the field of forensic psychiatry. He is also well respected by other physicians in the Tampa Bay area. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Kaplan is a very compassionate, well educated physician. He has great insight re medications and he does not prescribe medications that are not needed. On my first visit he looked at my meds, formulated a plan, we discussed it and agreed and I have been extremely pleased with the outcome. He is very understanding and flexible as well.
