We've seen 3 different docs here (by choice - I wanted us to be comfortable with everyone) and EVERYONE here has been great, including the front office staff and nurses/techs! You can make an appt/complete their registration online and we've never waited more than maybe 5 min to be seen. As a first time mom, I was really worried about finding a doctor we'd love and feel comfortable with for our baby, Dr. Bou and his team have done exactly that.
