BayCare Urgent Care (Riverview)

The doctor and the entire team of people, from the reception area, Doctor, nurses, and support staff were exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, concerned about me, and very professional. I felt welcome and am completely satisfied with all aspects of my care. Thank you, everyone, that assisted me in my visit and in my care. Great place, service and people.

This was an absolutely amazing urgent care visit. From appt time to walking out with a treatment plan 13 min. Julia was very friendly and took a lot of time listening to my complaint. When the doctor walked in you could see she was well informed by the staff

The facility was clean, social distance compliant, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, caring, and helpful. I did not have to wait long at all. The physician was knowledgeable, showed concern for my health and was professional. I highly recommend Bay Care Urgent Care.

I thought Mary, the x-ray technician and helper with the patient prior to seeing doctor, was excellent. Just the type of person a patient needs when you go to urgent care. The doctor was excellent too. I couldn't be more pleased.
