The Worx 24Hr Fitness

I started training with Myron back in August. I’m the type of person that doesn’t like gyms - and the thought of actually working out in front of people was out of the question for me. I decided to give it a try with a personal trainer in order to work on myself as well as my health. I voiced my opinion to him from the very beginning just to have a transparent start. He has encouraged me, pushed me, and made sure I was comfortable in all aspects of working out. It’s amazing the difference it makes when you have someone guiding you and believing you can do it before it’s even done! He has such high energy that is infectious and you can’t help but have a great time while working out. He also offers Fitcamp Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am. If you’re on the fence about joining a gym or working out in general- make that jump! The hardest part is getting started- but once you start the results will come! I’ve made significant progress since training with him and I can’t wait to see what the New Year brings!

The trainers here are amazing and skilled. You can instantly tell they love there job and care about everyone that walks through the door even if your not using a trainer they still take the time to ask how your doing and if you have any questions. I would not recommend any other gym and I'll be here for a long time.

i love this gym!! the staff is very inviting, always greeting me with a smile on their face. this is my third time switching gyms and so far this gym has provided me with the best experience. very nice gym community and it’s always clean and tidy. definitely recommend to those looking for a nice place to workout!

I absolutely love Worx 24hr Fitness. The people are so nice and they keep it very tidy and sanitary. The entire staff is very sweet and welcoming especially one girl at the front named Thalina, she makes my day every time I go in. 10/10 would recommend this gym.

Not a powerlifting gym. Only one squat rack and a weird squat rack that you can’t adjust the safeties. I’m only passing through so it worked. The barbells had no useable knurling though. I recommend rogue power bars for the squat area and maybe a deadlift bar.
