  I DON'T LIVE HERE but I toured here. I was in constant contact with Mike over several weeks, and he was always a pleasure. His responses were timely. He was well-informed and an absolute joy to meet. The apartments, the amenities, LOVE. It is absolutely beautiful. High ceilings, hallways instead of breezeways, it was clean, amazon and UPS front door delivery service; the library was so cute, right off the highway, down the street from shopping centers, no ridiculous amenity fee; an AMAZING exercise studio, wifi and tv included in the price (at that time). The units are spacious with amazing closet space and enough outlets to plug in everyone's electronic device. And at the time, the price for a 1BR was less than $1300!!! So why didn't I move in? Welp. Smoking. Unfortunately, Lola isn't a smoke-free community, and that's a big deal breaker for me. I also noticed my cell service (verizon) was nonexistent. And then lastly I noticed the gates are open until after business hours. Lola doesn't look to be in a location that allows stragglers, but I've read enough apartment reviews to know residents care a lot about closed security gates. If smoking didn't bother me so much, I would've signed that lease. I'm STILL looking and I can assure you I haven't been able to find a place similar for less than $1600.

  I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lola. The grounds are beautiful, office management is helpful - pool is great (feels like vacation). The maintenance staff (who empties trash etc) is so helpful! Honestly, exceeded every expectation I had and completely changed my view on apartments.

  Lola is amazing! The staff is wonderful and friendly, the grounds and interior common areas are well-kept, and the apartments are gorgeous. The security is great, you have to have a code/key card to get into the buildings and feel very safe. Noise is minimal, sometimes I can hear some noise from the apartment above me but never the apartments beside mine or the hallways. I love that the apartments are enclosed in buildings and have elevators. My last few place the front door led straight outside, which never felt really safe. The dog park is awesome!! Especially with the stand alone dog grooming building next to it. My dogs have really loved the park and head straight for it when we go on walks. The bathrooms are huge, and I love that both the master and guest have double sinks. There is a fee to have your dog's dna uploaded into a database (for poo left by owners), which I wasn't super excited about until I saw the major difference with the cleanliness of the grass areas compared to my last place that was like a poo minefield. The area of Riverview Lola is in is also great, making this an amazing place to call home.

  This is a wonderful place to live, the workers are really good people, they always help you and solve any problem quickly, I loved to live in those apartment, súper beautiful and calm area to live. The manager is super friendly and a wonderful person. The areas always clean and in perfect condition.

  We spent about 6 months living at Lola Apartments while we waited for our next home to be built, and we had a wonderful experience. The office staff was very friendly and great to work with, and Mike especially is an amazing person and a joy to talk to. Kudos to all of them and also to the maintenance crew who are very quick to respond when you need them. Lola offers a great, flexible option for folks like us who were building a new construction home and it was exactly what we needed during our transition. Thank you Lola team!
