    I've had my business inside Park Place - one of two adjacent Thatcher Properties in Riverview, Florida for 4 years now. Bryan Thatcher has his office on site and is always around keeping the places looking and running very well. The price is well worth the convenient location and the well maintained spaces, and Bryan truly cares about his tenants. The only downside is the parking availability, so think carefully about how many clients you will see see in the office before renting. IF you can find a spot available - since his clients stay for years and years and years because we love it!
