Saw this company driving in Riverview. LOVE the quotes on the back of the trucks. One said “Let go and let God” and one said “The Blood set me free”. They made my day. Awesome.

I hired Watkins Sons Paving to reseal the parking lot at my small business. The work they did was top notch.

However, it took numerous attempts over a month to pay my invoice via credit card. Usually they did not have a credit card machine readily available when I called them to pay, or were otherwise unable to process the payment when I called. They also called me when I was driving on the interstate and couldn’t read off a credit card number. After too much back and forth, the invoice finally got paid.

Also, the estimate was for $925, but my card was charged $975 with no explanation. I called them again and was assured that the $50 overcharge would be refunded. That’s never happened.

They are very talented with asphalt. With efficient and accurate billing, not so much.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job that Watkins and Sons did on my driveway. I am a very picky person so for me to say this about a job it has to be great. Thanks guys!
