After never having gone to a therapist for my whole life at 26 I went to therapy with Dr. Carswell for several issues all rooted in what I thought was anxiety. Over time (Over a year) I was able to unmask some core problems and improve my overall well being with the help of seeing Dr. Carswell regularly. She is an excellent therapist and person. I highly recommend her to anyone facing anxiety/depression/avoidance related issues. Dr. Carswell was there to listen, strategize, remind, encourage, educate and motivate me even at times when I myself had doubts.

She is prompt, understanding and empathetic while still holding you accountable. The very very few times that there was a schedule conflict or cancellation Dr.Carswell would reach out to me immediately to let me know. Though I still have many mountains to overcome in the future, Dr. Carswell shifted my momentum in a positive direction that still continues.
