  Unfortunately, after a four-month personal battle with a car manufacturer over a lemon law dispute, I was forced in a position to hire an attorney in order to receive justice. Mr. Cremeens (lawyer) and Mr. Covey (Paralegal) have been great to work with. Throughout the process, I have been kept informed of case updates and have received legal support and guidance. At no time have I ever felt rushed or that I could not ask a question.
  Mr. Cremeens has been a saving grace to me as he has supported my case in a professional manner for an extremely fair fee.
  
  One must realize that a lot of work goes into legal filings and it is a time consuming process. In order to keep costs fair, one should not expect daily or weekly updates.
