I’ve been seeing Ashley for three massages now. I suffer from fibromyalgia. She is the best I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend her. Very easy to work with and will try and fit you in to your schedule.

You will be in great hands my chiropractic alignment was exactly what I needed. Her hands able to work out any pain. Trusting your body to someone is hard but she definitely gets my vote anyday!

Dr. Kay has been great for my whole family and various of my closest friends. On the chiropractic front: she cracked/adjusted parts of me that have never been reached. I have sent many of my friends to her and they have all sung her praises!

On the coaching/nutrition front: she has guided me on a program that has reduced bloating and many other side effects as my gut health improves.
