The communication was excellent throughout the process and they finished exactly when they said they would. Henry was able to get the insurance of the other driver (at fault) to increase their payout through a supplement for additional repairs their adjuster failed to account for in the original estimate. He was persistent with the insurance company until they made it right. If you need their services, I highly recommend the AutoNation collision center and make sure to ask for Henry!
