Brand new to the ABA field as an RBT, I couldn't imagine working anywhere but Full Spectrum. The analysts are all very knowledgeable, are passionate about the field, and are some of the most genuine people I've ever met. My supervisors have always prioritized my needs in order to be successful with clients, as well as achieving my future goals.
I am so happy that I joined the Full Spectrum team! It was scary moving across the country, and it had been completely worth it! I receive support and guidance as needed from all levels of the company. The autonomy of schedule with the bookkeeping of a team is a perfect balance for me. I've been blessed with great RBTs on my team as well, and together we really are making positive impacts!

As an owner and operator of an ABA company in the Orlando Metro area and a professional affiliate with Full Spectrum ABA, I must say that I am extremely impressed by the company's overall mission when it comes to the delivery of ABA services. I have worked for Full Spectrum for over 2 years, and it has been a great experience! Over my time here, our company has continually tried to make improvements to better support staff and to make our company a better place to work, including increasing trainings, pay, and benefits, among other things. Our leadership is in constant communication with clinicians in the field to learn what we need and how they can better support us. I have learned so much from our company trainings and from the BCBA's with which I work, and everyone that I have had the opportunity to work alongside has made me feel supported and valued as a clinician.
