WhiteSands Alcohol & Drug Rehab Tampa

My White Sands family has been so important to my recovery from the start they helped guide me through the process and show me that I am worth it today when I didn't feel like I was. I went to treatment in Plant City and I have been doing outpatient at this location. I love that I had the opportunity to continue working with White Sands even after I left the inpatient facility. I had an amazing therapist in Plant City named Meredith and she helped open my eyes to the issues that I needed to address and it made for a smooth transition to outpatient with the knowledge of what I needed to do. Thank you to the awesome staff for setting me up for success and treating me with respect.

Great place. Recommend highly. Multidisciplinary approach with excellent health care professionals and staff. The facility is beautiful. Nice rooms, great food, pool, gym It is like a spa. Whole place feels safe. A place to open up and share with other clients. Highly therapeutic for mind, body and soul.

This was my first time in treatment and White Sands made it a very comfortable experience. From my admission to my transfer to outpatient, the staff made me feel welcome and treated me fairly. I learned so much from the groups especially MRT. The MRT helped me learn a lot about my self and the instructor was very informative. I can’t say enough about the the gym! It was a great place to work out some stress. The rooms are big and comfortable as well. I feel like I learned so much about my alcoholism and most importantly, coping skills to deal with my triggers. With the tools I gained in treatment, I feel I have a good chance at staying sober. I was able to relate to people - patients and staff which allowed me to start opening up.
I went to detox in Plant City and after completing residential treatment I was set up with aftercare. Even after leaving and entering outpatient, alumni still checks in with me and makes sure that I have the extra support that I need. I’ve recommended my current outpatient to two of my friends who were struggling and it’s been amazing being able to get sober with people I care about. I would recommend White Sands to everyone who needed help!

I have been at White Sands for about 14 days now. Upon arriving i was really nervous as to how it would go as i have never been to a rehab facility. The staff and other residents were very friendly and helpful to me well i was still getting settled in. Overall the facility is awesome they have therapists that are very friendly and have a lot of great knowledge and concepts when it comes to addiction and recovery. The gym is by far my favorite part as fitness is something that's huge for me. The gym has all brand new equipment, punching bags, and a full boxing ring. Along with trainers that help you and really motivate you to succeed. I highly recommend white sands for anyone who is looking for a facility for their addiction.
