It was so refreshing to go to a doctor's appointment. Be it A dental appointment , to get in when you were supposed to be seen promptly by nurse, doctors and staff.
Whole appointment time for exam did not even take an hour. The doctor was great with my son had a awesome bedside manner

I recently had the pleasure of taking my son to Dr. Polanco at Tampa Children's Surgery Center, and I must say that she provided exceptional care. From the moment we walked in, her warm and friendly demeanor immediately put my son at ease.

Dr. Polanco's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout our entire visit. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to both my son and me, ensuring that we were comfortable and well-informed. Her gentle approach and patience with my son's anxiety were truly commendable.

During the procedure, Dr. Polanco's skill and precision were apparent. She worked efficiently while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence, which greatly reassured both my son and me. It was evident that she genuinely cared about his well-being and comfort.

Furthermore, the entire staff at Tampa Children's Surgery Center was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facility itself was clean, modern, and child-friendly, creating a welcoming environment for my son.

Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Polanco and the care she provided for my son. Her expertise, compassion, and ability to connect with children make her an exceptional dentist. I highly recommend her to any parent seeking dental care for their child.

This place is amazing. The nurses are polite and Dr. Mark worked his magic on my son’s teeth but most importantly they took very good care of him and made me feel comfortable. I was prepared to be there for hours. We arrived at 615am and was out by 815am.

We had a exam and procedure all in one appointment. Not sure why people are giving this place naughty comments but they were GREAT with my son. They were a tad backed up which happens but they were great. My son had no cavities and didn't need any work done. They made me feel so great about the work I do with my child's teeth. He has mouth sensory issues so I was worried he would need work. Thanks again for the great team.
