I wanted to take the time out to give a 5 star review for Jim Leichtenschlag, if it wasn't for him I would give a 1 star review. Communication & Responding is extremely important. My lease was expiring and being in the industry I waited for my renewal letter 90 days out, I never received one. I called the office and was told they would put a ticket in and will get back to me, nobody did. I called again and asked about my renewal and they told me I should receive something 60 days out, again still nothing. It's now 30 days so I emailed and never received a response. I emailed again and still nothing. My lease expired and I finally received my renewal but it was wrong. I called and they said it will be corrected & will resend it. I reached out to Jim and he was amazing, he said he was helping out the property manager and I'm glad he helped out . He was extremely apologetic for my previous experience and was surprised because he says they sent renewal notices out 90, 60 and 30 days out! It took ONE person that was able to complete a simple task instead of putting me in a system for an email to respond and not handle the issue. RW should have more staff like Jim! If I ever need a leasing agent in the future, I know who to look for! Thank you again Jim.
I have had a wonderful experience with renters warehouse. The move to the house was fast. I needed to move fast and James made it happen. We had a few issues we were aware of at the move in date but had no problems with having these things fixed after moving in. James L. informed the people who needed to know and kept me in ghr loop until things were complete. I was never left wondering what was going on. Thank you James L. for everything!
