This is my first time getting a storage unit and the employee Ashley was beyond helpful! Her Costumer service is amazing! Very helpful and very nice I’d recommend her to anyone that needs a storage unit.

I wish I could give an additional 10 stars! Ashley who was working in the office was very kind. She made the transition very comfortable. Her personality alone made us smile.Yesterday, was an emotional day for myself and my family. We cleaned out my late grandmother's storage after her passing two years ago. After we finished, Ashley wished us a good day and told us to get some rest because she could tell we had a long and stressful day. She even made a follow up call today to confirm the end of our contract and asked how my family and I were doing. ❤❤
